Depending  on the number of teams in the HSWC, we may split voting up to make it more manageable for participants. If that occurs, teams will be split into divisions, and participants will be expected to view and vote upon a single division. For example, if we have 80 teams, we may have five divisions with 16 teams each. Participants are expected to review the entries in their division (or, read 16 out of the 80 entries) and select their top three favorites from their own division. For example, if we have 80 teams, we may have four divisions with 20 teams each. Participants are expected to review the entries in their division (or, read 20 out of the 80 entries) and select their top three favorites from their own division.

Members will have roughly two weeks to vote. The highest scoring entries from each divisions will then be compiled, and members will be expected to vote on those entries to choose the winners of the round. Members will have roughly one week to vote on their assigned division. After this first round of voting is completed, the highest scoring entries from each division--sixteen in total--will then advance to a final vote round. Participants will then pick their top three final vote favorites. Based on the votes, the top fifteen teams will then be sorted into a final ranking, and [[Scoring|points]] will be distributed accordingly.

Voting

Voting is very simple. Any registered member of any team, including Team Noir, is allowed to vote. Voting opens roughly 24 hours after each main or collab round closes. On the DW community, a link will be posted to a voting webform. Each person may cast one vote for three teams using this form.

The only rule for voting is: DO NOT vote for your own team. If you do, your vote will be invalidated and your team will lose ten points. We'll try to set it up in a way that it should be fairly impossible to vote for yourself, but just in case, it's still worth mentioning.
